How Frequently You Get Colds When You Have Hiv
:: Cyclocross - Championship of Spain 2011::
We become happy Zamora, we had a great time and has been a nice souvenir. An intense weekend of cyclocross where we have been represented in Master30 and Elite category.
The circuit was very good, fast areas, stretches of mud and stairs, as commented Edu has been enjoying in Belgium World Championships, the circuit very much reminded that there has ever seen.
Heavy rains the last week moving the circuit to the city of Zamora. Valori Park was chosen by the organization, a hit, hit, the lack of hoses to clean bike only one for all participants, something can not be tolerated in a Championship of Spain, as there were no showers and that is not understood, we understand that everything was changed at the last minute but there are things how are you you can not miss.
As for the competition category at the output Master30 gathered 87 participants, from the restaurant came Lertxundi Egoitz Josemi and had no mechanical mishap and no need to change throughout the race bike, as I mentioned earlier had a couple of areas of mud but it was not enough to make you change your bike, Egoitz had with regret a few falls that left marks for a few days ended in the post 55 to 7:09 behind the winner, kept a good pace in a circuit technique and strength required. Josemi completed in 77 to 9:22 as the head of the race was the last rider not bent and that made him to be satisfied, terminate and not be bent was a good goal for him in a year that could not participate or train enough.
It also made our friend Eduardo Castillo participated this time wearing other colors in the test ended jersey No. 22 at 4:11 behind the winner, a good result. In
Elite Joseba Leon finished in the # 26 had to mourn a puncture, was struggling and keeping a good pace until the end, made a good race.
I leave a picture that we took together where we make a nod to our friend Joshua to get better soon.

this weekend from 7 to 9 January marks the Cyclo-Cross Championships in Spain in the town of Villaralbo (Zamora), and as we could not be less representation, green and black colors will be there.
will Josemi and Egoitz particular those involved in Master30 category, I wish you much luck and San Punctures help you to have a big race without mishaps.
